When a vehicle/item is accepted to be displayed the following documentation will be issued for signing.

Thefollowing Terms & Conditions is part of the BGMM process for all incomingdisplays.
Condition Report – Form to be filled out when any display enters the premises. The BGMM & owner of the display must sign off on the condition report. Report is to identify any relevant information e.g. paint scuffs / impairments to body / paint chips/ minor dents / glass scratch etc.
Insurance – It is up to the owner of any display (vehicle/motorcycle/memorabilia) to have their own insurance in place. The BGMM does not provide any insurance for any displays.
Cleaning – The BGMM will dust & wipe displays only. The BGMM will not wash/polish or detail any displays. Note: Some owners have requested the following; A) Use a damp chamoes over the display. B) Wipe off display with dry microfiber. Please confirm best practice.
Electrical Connection– All displays to have power and batteries disconnected unless prior agreement in writing with the BGMM manager e.g. trickle charger for computer, illuminated or rotating display.
Operation– No display is to be operated or run at owner’s leisure (engine start) for the duration of loan agreement. Special request to be discussed with BGMM manager.
Safety and Care– The BGMM will always endeavour to use best practice where possible, every effort has been incorporated into our facility. One can appreciated the museum is a constant living breathing display catering for the viewing public. Where possible displays are fenced off behind bollards & chain from the public.
Free Entry for Provided Display – The BGMM will provide 1 (One) ticket only for free entry. The ticket can be presented at leisure only the once. The BGMM appreciate the use of displays and appreciate your understanding in keeping a certain protocol in place.
Security – The BGMM premises is fitted with motion & door sensors / ram bollards, CCTV cameras & smoke detectors. 24hr camera recording is provided with back to base monitoring. (Be sure to inform your insurance provider the security BGMM has on the premises, at times this may assist with a reduction on some policies)
